Accountabilities
- Master healthcare claims payment policies and operational concepts to inform model development
- Build, refine, and optimize machine learning models to identify errors, inefficiencies, and fraud in healthcare claims
- Curate and interpret large-scale, complex datasets to support feature engineering and model accuracy
- Measure model performance against real-world outcomes and provide actionable operational recommendations
- Develop technical frameworks, tools, and pipelines to improve team efficiency and scale solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement production-ready solutions and ensure continuous improvement
Requirements
- Several years of hands-on experience solving real-world business problems using data and machine learning
- Proven ability to contribute at the team level by developing frameworks and tools that improve workflow efficiency
